Marcel Noeding, Dipl.-Ing., Architect

MSc Building and Urban Design in Development / UCL-DPU London

Before completing the Master’s Course “Building and Urban Design in Development” at University College London, Marcel Noeding was trained as an architect in Germany and Argentina with a focus on sustainable and climate-appropriate design for countries of the global south. His professional career brought him to countries like Germany, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Sri Lanka, Haiti and lately the Philippines, where he worked in reconstruction as a housing expert and consultant architect. Several years of experience in the field of design, construction and development convinced him that a strong dialogue - considering both professional knowledge and personal needs - can lead to secure, comfortable and culturally acceptable building solutions.
